Plotting with PlotViewer
For companies committed to maintaining inspection records for longer periods of time the management of the large amount of hard copy output can be time consuming and inefficient. An effective solution is to save and maintain inspection records on a networked computer. Printing and plotting to a file was implemented in Quindos at a very early stage, however, the resulting file could only be printed using a compatible printer, or viewed using a program with the correct drivers.
Description
The QPlotViewer is a software package which can be used to view hpgl files created in Quindos. The information contained in the hpgl file can be saved in various formats compatible with a wide range of applications. The resulting files can be sent to customers and suppliers who can use their own Windows-based programs to view and print the files. QPlotViewer can be used to create files which can be read by other software packages.
