第二个注释的意思就该是:所有加工的圆其相对于A基准的同轴度公差为0.0005,其中基准要素遵守最大实体原则。

红字标注的1号尺寸的位置度,图上没有标注任可理论正确直,应旬问一下设计人员或基他相关人事,这个孔距即2.625 重要否?暂时先将这个尺寸当做理论正确值用吧,测量方法如下: 1、B基准圆柱建第一轴,设X轴,并归Y、Z轴零点。 2、分别将被测两个孔按上、中、下各测三层圆。分别取中间层圆建轴向(设Y轴) 3、分别评价这6个圆的位置度其基准中Y:的理论值按+/- 1.3125给,Z向的理论值为0 。(提醒一下:因这两个被测孔属成组要素,所以B基准的最大实体不能补偿这两个被测孔的位置度公差) 至于同轴度,那就更好测了,就是以分别测量机加工的圆或圆柱相对于A基准同轴度即可其中A基准的最大实体可以对被测要素进行补偿。由于A基准较短,且公差又很严,估计测出来的同轴度会很差了:Z 另外,您的图纸一些细节部分我还是看不清,特别是A基准到底指的是哪里,我看不来。

以上是我的程序 你看这样对么? 的理论值按+/- 1.3125给,Z向的理论值为0 这个好像用不上啊 评价的结果都在0.25MM左右~~~~ 我觉得程序有些地方不对但是又不懂~~~请指点 :-|
