在测量时，多次碰到如下的错误信息：
RESTART PC-DMIS and the Sheffield Controller!
An axis Counter fault ,MP.Error 34,occurred while executing command:BHQV□.
If the error persists,contact your service representative.
重启PC-DMIS ，刚开始还能运行，大概1~2分钟后，就又跳出同样的错误提示，且机器不能运行，加电键灯灭。
请问这是什么原因，如何解决？谢谢！
