我想问一下我测量一个工件的时候第一次因为一些特征不合适所以拿到下面去修,3天以后我再拿上来然后用原来的程序为什么会产生比较大的误差。

误差多大啊?什么材质的工件啊?程序是编好的还是手动的啊?

我们做的是汽车检具,用的材料一般来说不会轻易变形,而且第一次上来的时候是完全的合理的正确的编程,第二次上来就是找一下位置用的是第一次已经编好的程序是自动执行的!就是这样误差会达到0.05mm-0.10mm,但是我们的精度要求是0.08mm这样有的时候本来合适的特征第二次在上来就不对了。

我想问一下我测头的组成是3*10+10mm的加长杆。可是我在测头说明里是3*20,不知道这样会不会引起测量误差会有多大?
