怎么会跟X轴有关系呢?

请看下图,我在测量一个平面上的三个失量点,按道理应该是只检测Y轴的值,其它两轴均应在公差范围内的,可是现在却超差了!是不是我的机器有问题呢?

我两次上传的理论值不一样因为我改变了点的位置,我做了两次.希望你们可以明白.

观察一下您的程序中的理论值为什么与第一个帖子中报告中的理论值不一样。需要仔细检查一下程序中的细节。

这种现象是不是由于你的实际车身上的坐标系的Y轴与这三点所在的平面不垂直,从而导致(0,-1,0)矢量并不是该面的法向矢量.

首先应把所有的"SNAP" TURN "ON",其实在用VECTOR POINT 时最好把"SNAP" TURN "ON"这样才能准确求出矢量方向上的误差.细节可参考HELP FILE.然后在同一ALIGNMENT 中求一下看结果如何.你的CODE中的NOMINAL和尺寸中的NOMINAL是不一样的,不知是否是特意这样做的.

程序我检查过了,并且重新做过了,应该没问题的,如果把测量特征设为:角点 ,检测结果为OK,若设为失量点的话就还是出现这种问题! Canadian User说的Z值问题,其实我的坐标不在当前位置,它是车体坐标,在空间的,现在我只是说明各轴的方向!

有几种可能性: 1,当这些点的矢量在三个轴上都有一定分量并且点超差了.不过从你的图中看似乎都应是(0,1,0),所以不应有这问题. 2,你使用了Rmeas(Relative Measure),如果PNT17-19是相对于其它点(图中在每个点上都有另一黑点)来测的就完全可能. 3,你的机器太老了,无法精确定位. 题外话,从你的图中看PNT17到19 Z值应递减为什么理论值却是递增?

用cad圖檔編程(vector point),不可能出現此情形,請仔細檢查你的程式!
