2.Establishing and updating of CMM measuring equipment and gauge related documents of measuring room.Responsible for calibrating management of measure, test equipment and gauge, responsible to establish and perform MSA plan of measuring room ; Responsible to design and develop measuring tooling and clamps of measuring room; 测量间CMM测量设备和检具相关文件的制定与更新。测量间相关设备的校准、维护与管理； 负责测量和实验设备及量检具的校准管理，负责制定并实施测量间MSA计划；负责测量间测量用工装夹具的设计开发；
4.Responsible to finish the incoming inspection, process supervising and finish part inspecting according to control plan, and responsible to write program and finish the relevant reports; Responsible to organize the layout inspection of SJJ produtcion according to BMW plan;(SJJ BMW Department production：F3XIP&GB F18IP&GB E84IP&GB F3XDP F18DP）负责按照控制计划完成产品的进货检查、过程监控、成品检验，并编写程序和完成相关报告； 根据BMW测量计划负责组织SJJ所有产品的全尺寸检验；(SJJ BMW Department产品：F3XIP&GB F18IP&GB E84IP&GB F3XDP F18DP ）
5.Responsible to finish the company entrusted and BBA complain quality dimension problem analysis & inspections and finish the relevant reports .Close working for BBA complain quality dimension problem.

6. Cooperate with external calibration institution or equipment manufacturer for providing calibration or maintenance service for the measuring and test equipment 与外部校准机构或设备制造商协调检测设备的校准或维护服务。
