岗位职责
Job Description in Detail : 1. CMM programming and operation, manufactory parts inspection and measuring improvement.
三坐标编程、操作, 机加工件检验及检验方法改进。
2. Make the precision measurement of parts according to the requirements of customer as well as RD, Production, Purchasing and PM Department;
根据顾客以及开发、生产、采购和应用等部门的需要实施零件精密测量；
3. Create the inspection plan based on the technical drawing, criterion and standards.
根据技术图纸、规范和标准要求编制检验计划；
4. Create the test and measuring instruction for the parts;
编制零件测试和测量规程；
5. Implement the quality control and report responsibility independently. When necessary, has the power to stop the production. Supervise and urge the responsible departments to remove the defects till the quality problems solved;
独立行使产品质量鉴别、把关和报告职能，必要时有权中止生产，督促相关部门做出整改直至质量问题得到解决；
6. Make quality report and inform the relevant departments in time;
编制质量检测报告，并将结果及时通报相关部门；
7. Give the instruction to the parts machining process based on the inspection results and the technical requirements;
根据检测结果和技术要求对零件加工实施指导；
8. Record the quality data and make statistical analysis to support the monitoring and improvement of the machines quality performance;
记录并对质量数据做出统计分析，为监控和提高整机质量提供支持；
9. Organize analysis and disposal against the quality problems of machine and related nonconforming parts according to the technical drawings, criterion, standard and instruction;
根据技术图纸、规范、标准和规程要求组织对相关不合格零部件质量问题进行分析和处理；
10. On top of the related measuring tools and testing equipments. Make well management and maintenance to keep the right status;
熟练掌握相关测量工具和测量测试装置、仪器，并做好管理和维护以保持其状态；
11. Create operation and maintenance instructions for the test and measuring devices;
编制测试和测量装置操作及维护规程；
12. Carry out metrological management and drawing management according to the national laws and company regulations;
根据国家法律法规和公司制度开展计量及图纸管理；
13. Maintain the measuring area clean and in order and the quality mark clear;
维护测量作业现场环境整洁规范，质量状态标识清晰；
14. Provide quality improvement proposals to enhance quality level;
提出质量改进建议，不断提高产品质量和质量管理水平；
15. Finish other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级交办的其它相关任务。
1. Junior college or above major in machine manufacturing or measuring related;
大专或以上学历，机械制造或测量相关专业毕业；
2. 3+ years inspection related working experience. Be familiar with the basic knowl-edge of precision measurement, machinery manufacturing technology, operation of measuring equipment like CMM, roundness tester and etc.;
三年以上检验相关工作经验，熟悉精密测量基础知识、机械制造工艺、CMM、圆度仪等测量仪器操作；
Professional relative trained, especially familiar with measuring tools verification is recommended;
建议接受过相关专业培训，熟悉量具检定；
3. Be very active, self-disciplined, and able to work independently;
有较强的主动性和自律性，能够独立开展工作；
4. Have the basic communication skills of English or German both in written and oral.
具备基本的英语或德语书面和口头沟通能力。
