TP20是RENASHAW公司的一款测头，官方资料是这样说明的：

The TP20 is a 5-way or 6 way kinematic touch trigger probe. 

Its two piece design comprises of a probe body and a detachable stylus module, 

which gives it the ability to change stylus configurations manually or automatically 

without re-qualification of the stylus tips. TP20 modules will typically have a life of greater than 1 million triggers。

也就是说，正常使用情况下，有大于100万次的使用寿命。
